Fasting

I was on call with my mother.
We have a pet cat at home.
And I asked about him .
She said , he is not well and not at all eating anything.
.
Then I have told her, animals will not eat anything when they are sick
They just sleep and sleep and heal themselves
.
Likewise, even humans can do that.
If provided proper environment and rest and fasting is practised- Body will heal itself.
